[bug] PDF conversion always fails - unknown cause #2

Description

When clicking the convert button, conversion always reports failure. The root cause is unclear.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Add Office files (xlsx, pptx, docx)
  2. Click convert button
  3. Result shows failure

Expected

Files should be converted to PDF successfully.

Notes

Need to investigate: COM initialization, IDispatch calls, error messages from backend.
